BINDI Kostas Rind Chardonnay 2025

A seriously impressive Chardonnay. There’s plenty of richness here, with citrus, stone fruit and a lovely chewy nougat character giving the wine real weight and texture. But it never feels heavy. There’s a beautiful line of precision running through it, with a little flint, nuttiness and savoury grip keeping everything tight and focused. Power, presence and poise in equal measure. Drinking beautifully now, but the last glass was easily the best... always a pretty good sign of what’s to come.
