BINDI Dixon Pinot Noir 2025

Everything we love about Macedon Pinot. Beautifully perfumed, with red and dark cherry, plum, a little sweet spice and an earthy, savoury edge underneath. It’s silky but certainly not without structure, with bright acidity and fine, chalky tannins giving the fruit plenty of shape and drive. Deliciously approachable now, but there’s enough freshness and structure here to suggest it’ll only get more interesting with a few years tucked away.
